Many CVs that we receive include clichés that need to be avoided. As an example, avoid listing the following skills/attributes; Hard worker, Passionate, Punctual, Strong team player, Loyal, etc

The reason we need to avoid these is because they are skills/attributes that Recruiters expect and they all should go without saying so there is no need to list these.

Instead, the CV needs to be tailored for the actual role being applied for plus the importance of achievements can not be underestimated.
