Although this appears obvious, it's not and you’d be amazed at how many people forget to include contact details such as email address, mobile etc

These should be at the top, beneath your name, so they’re immediately obvious.

  1. Achievements/Accomplishments

Demonstrate to an employer what you’ve done to contribute to the growth of the project, department or company so they can decide whether you’ll be an asset to them.

Here, any relevant professional achievements, awards you’ve received and important milestones need to be included (make sure it's recent and not from over 10 years ago).

  1. Education/Professional development

Details of your education/Certs and academic qualifications need to be included; especially if they’re relevant to the job you’re applying for. These can go at the top or bottom of the CV depending on the nature of the industry and also personal preference.
